Below is a list of current maritime-related treaties and international agreements (the “bilats” and “multilats”) from the Department of State’s website. These agreements concern issues of, among other topics, international narcotics trafficking, shipriders, and jurisdiction. The agreements are displayed in alphabetical order.

Agreement signed at Port Vila October 31, 2016; entered into force October 31, 2016.
